PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION AGREEMENT

PAYMENT
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session or prior to if making payments. All payments are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For weather-related reschedules, the photographer will reach out no less than 2 hours before the scheduled session to determine if a time or date change is needed. Any change must be mutually agreed upon.

  • All other reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session.

  • Failure to show or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of any payments made.

DIGITAL FILES & PRINT RELEASE

  • The client will receive their professionally edited high-resolution digital images, delivered via online gallery.

  • The client has personal print rights to these images. This means the client may print and share the images for personal use only.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from the photographer.

IMAGE DELIVERY

  • The final gallery delivery is an average of 3-4 weeks from session date. This is an estimate and not a promised time. Timeframe may vary during busy seasons.

  • Photographer will select images to artistically edit for final gallery. If clients wants more images, they are encouraged to order them before the session, extra images are not guaranteed unless ordered before the session.

  • Any additional images, time, or rush delivery can be purchased separately.

ARTISTIC STYLE & EDITING

  • The client acknowledges that they are familiar with the photographer’s portfolio and style and agrees to allow the photographer full creative discretion.

  • Raw (unedited) images will not be provided.

MODEL RELEASE
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client grants the photographer permission to use images from the session for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, website, portfolio, social media, and advertising. If the client prefers images remain private, this must be requested in writing before the session.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, liability is limited to rescheduling or refund of payments received. Photographer is not liable for images not taken due to client lateness, lack of cooperation, or other issues outside of photographer’s control.

AGREEMENT
By checking the box, both parties agree to the terms of this agreement.
